I had an unforgettable stay in this charming lodge nestled between Lake Louise and Jasper. The spacious room was beautifully decorated, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The only downside was the limited parking and some basic amenities, making the overall experience feel less upscale than expected.

The food exceeded my expectations, but I wish there were a few more options for dining. Overall, it's definitely worth the investment for an unforgettable experience in such a stunning location.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, marked by beautiful Scandinavian decor, comfortable accommodations, and an amazing staff that truly made our experience memorable. The panoramic views were jaw-dropping and the all-inclusive package provided great value for money. However, the dining service could improve during peak times when larger groups arrive.

Our stay at Glacier View Lodge had both memorable and frustrating moments. The location is perfect for exploring the glacier and surrounding trails, and the room was spacious and modern. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially with the strict appetizer limits and service issues. I really appreciated the room upgrade and some excellent staff, but the negative dining experience overshadowed the positives a bit.

Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, equipped with great beds and an excellent shower. It also had a small fridge and a Nespresso machine, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Service
7.0
While most staff members were friendly and helpful, we did encounter a few issues, particularly with one server who was unapproachable. However, other staff made check-in easy and convenient, helping us with our luggage.
Location
10.0
The hotel is in a fantastic location right by the glacier with breathtaking views and access to hiking trails. It's essential to fuel up before arriving because there are few options for supplies in the area.
Dining
5.0
Dining was disappointing due to the high prices and appetizer restrictions that felt petty. While I was excited about the menu, the experience was soured by the treatment we received, which was not reflective of the overall hospitality we experienced during our stay.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were nice with what they had to offer, but it felt lacking in extras like a pool or hot tub that could have enhanced the stay. The restaurant, while stunning, didn't meet my expectations.

We had a pretty good time at Glacier View Lodge with its beautiful glacier views and exceptional tours, but the dining experience was quite underwhelming, especially at breakfast. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, but the isolation made longer stays challenging as dining options are limited. Overall, it's great for a short visit focused on glacier activities, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than one night.
